According to the Rules for Air Service of JSC “Aircompany “ROYAL FLIGHT”, a claim shall be made in writing (signed by the applicant party) attaching a set of documents (confirming the facts stated in the application) and sent by mail. Additionally it is required to attach a Consent to Personal Data Processing signed by the Applicant.
The applications sent electronically to the address of the claim group email@example.com shall serve as a notice of intent to give an official appeal to JSC “Aircompany “ROYAL FLIGHT”.
Specialists of the claims group shall provide a plan of actions given the effective legislation.
Appeals, which do not have a signature of the Applicant, shall not be accepted for review.
The appeals shall be reviewed within 30 days from receipt.
Dear passenger, please pay attention to the deadlines for appeals established by law:
An appeal due to damage (short delivery) of baggage shall be made by a person in the name of which the baggage was accepted for transportation, i.e. in the name of which the numbered baggage tag was issued.
A deadline for submitting a claim in case of international transportation is 7 days from the moment of baggage receipt.
A legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian, custodian) can forward a claim in the name of a minor passenger attaching copies of the document confirming the legal representative status (a copy of regular passport and a child birth certificate).
Due to the fact that 7 days period is given to send a claim, the attached documents and information may be sent later (after sending a claim).
If an appeal is made due to damage of baggage, the claim shall be lodged by a person in the name of which the baggage was accepted for transportation, i.e. in the name of which the numbered baggage tag was issued.
The claim may be submitted upon expiration of 21 calendar day of searching for the baggage (from the date of issuance of a loss and damage certificate).
