       ➤ Checked-in Baggage

A passenger may transport his checked-in luggage within the established allowance free of charge without additional charge.

  • The economy class free baggage allowance is under 20 kg.

  • The business class free baggage allowance is under 30 kg.

Please note that the sum of three dimensions of the checked-in luggage shall not exceed 203 cm.

Excess, oversized heavy-weight luggage

If the weight and dimensions of the checked-in luggage exceed the free baggage allowance, then when purchasing the ticket, one needs to book and pay for its transportation for the whole trip to the point of destination at the set rate effective at the time of issuance of the paid luggage receipt.

If the weight of one luggage item exceeds 30 kg, such luggage shall be deemed heavy-weight and shall be paid for based on the total weight of the heavy-weight luggage at the established rate.
The weight of one item of checked-in luggage shall not exceed 50 kg. The luggage exceeding the indicated weight and quantity shall only be transported upon prior arrangement with the Carrier and shall be paid for as cargo at the set rates for the total weight according to the cargo transportation rules.

A passenger who wishes to transport oversized luggage (the size of one packaged item expressed as a sum of three dimensions exceeds 203 cm) shall notify the Carrier to that effect in advance, when booking a seat or when buying an air ticket.
The oversized luggage shall be accepted for transportation on the condition that the size of loading doors and baggage-cargo compartments of the aircraft allows to conduct load and unload such luggage and place such luggage on board of the aircraft. Such luggage shall also have handles to be carried and fastened on the aircraft.
The free baggage allowance does not cover the oversized luggage. Transportation of such luggage shall be paid for at the rates for excess luggage.

If these rules are not followed, the Carrier may refuse to accept the oversized luggage for transportation.
